About Us

Our Nature Inspired Works began when Founder, Carolyn Booker, was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2013.  While losing her hair due to the RA medication, and determined to educate

herself to beat this dibilitating condition, prayerfully she took her health into her own hands.  Convinced that God had already placed everything she would ever need for healing in herbs, she managed to grow her hair despite the meds with herbal infusions free of synthetics, chemicals that suppress,

hormone altering parabens (agents that mimic estrogen), phthalates (plasticizers), and even mineral oil (a petroleum product).  Seeing effective results, this was a huge turning point.  Believing in the power of nature, Carolyn then embraced life-giving herbs and began brewing her own folk tintures and herbal infusions to extract healing properties allowing her to take nature and put it in a format to use daily in many areas of her life...hence the name, Nature Inspired Works.  We offer an aternative approach to treating yourself daily to plant derived, pure, natural, organic, certified organic and wild crafted ingredients in our made-to-order body care along with decorative shaped lotion bars, lip buttahs, lotions, and whipped buttahz for hair and skin.
